We recieved an email from a woman who comes out to the Zoo regularly with her family, and she had a very kind offer to us to help with our fundraising. Please read what she wrote below, and don't hesitate to ask any questions!

Enough from me, this is what Melissa Shelton sent us:
Hello. My name is Melissa Shelton and I would appreciate a moment of your time to thank you for helping out a local organization that is very dear to my family and many others in our community. If you’re not familiar with Bear Hollow, it is a free zoo run by the Athens Clarke County Leisure Services Department. We have been taking our children there since we moved to Athens two years ago and have fallen in love with what they do.
We’ve recently had the opportunity to befriend someone that works at the zoo and took an in-depth tour. Bear Hollow has a wish list of every day things that would help them out tremendously. Money of course is on this list and we are trying to raise awareness and money to help a zoo that does so much for our community.
Having said this, I am an independent consultant for Thirty-One Gifts. I am a local Athens resident and a mother of 2 young daughters.
